My #wcw goes to Tammi!!! The woman who introduced me to the world of wedding planning. In 2008 I was living in Charlotte looking to learn more about a different side of events. I emailed several wedding planning companies and Tammi called me! Told me to come meet her at her bridal shop (yes she owned a gown shop and a wedding planning business, #ladyboss ) 🤩. I was so nervous but 5 minutes into the meeting, I was a huge fan. She took me under her wing, let me work weddings with her and served as a mentor. We hadn’t seen each other since her move to TX and mine to DC, but our reunion on Monday felt like 2 friends who hang out weekly. THANK YOU TAMMI for changing my life.
